friendly stafflovely decorbroken aircontv issue
i found the staff really friendly. breakfast was excellent and i enjoyed having a glass of wine recommended by the bar staff. the cocktails where wonderful on my last visit and i felt it was super modern and decor was lovely. it was very clean to.
the aircon wasnt working properly. the tv you cant put a hmid wire to connect laptop. it wasnt working. the reception come upstairs then the aircon start working for a bit.

chipped skirting boardsfaded dressing gowns
the room was a bit of a letdown, ESPECIALLY considering the price. i found chipped skirting boards in the toilet, which really detracted from the overall feel. streaks and mold surrounded the outside of the shower. the dressing gowns felt old and faded adding to my disappointment.

the hotel location near the train station proved convenient.
my Club beautiful room felt DARK. the receptionist did not warn me that the room had multiple steps, difficult with several suitcases. furthermore, the first room's heating system wasn't working and a window was VERY dirty.
